Recruitment & Training

When it comes to recruitment we make genuine efforts during the interview process to ensure that our employees have the necessary skills and experience to support our customers’ needs.


All employees are required to provide us with two written and two verbal references from previous employers.


Able Personnel provides comprehensive training for all our employees which is carried out by on-site. We also provide Digital Tachograph training for all our drivers ranging from 3.5 tonne to LGV.
